Numerous Suggestions

I cannot stress how brilliant this game has become since first release, I never feel burn out or short of anything to do! especially since you recently added Combo and the Achievement quests.
As probably mentioned in previous patch notes about the future of Final Fantasy XIV, I came up with a few ideas (which may already be listed Please Do Not Hurt Me!).
"Godai, Some great news for you, your (Item) finally sold, come by to pick up your gil".
How great would this feature be! to have a glowing linkpearl to notify you that your gil is to be picked up or at least if your retainer is no longer in that particular ward that type of thing~ rather than a standard system message.
Avid fan of changing my icons and screen around rather often, very dependant on what I do though really. Sometime's when stationed at a camp and I know where my party is heading or what we are going to fight I get frustrated with the mini map, Although it takes up a tiny portion of my screen I just thought it may be a great idea to be able to minimize it using an icon on the "Quick Icon" bar, after all, we managed in Final Fantasy XI.
Alternatively for map, would there be a possibility for a square bordered map? Just a suggestion ofcourse.
Also being able to see how much experience while levelling is great and all, but considering I do not really need to fight any more an option to hide that in the main menu's configuration?
Lastly for UI configuration, the chat windows are clean and simple which is great! however, this is a fantasy game, I had noticed some of Square Games we were able to change the window border and its background especially in Secret Of Mana (Golden Olden). Just to jazz up the playing field, I think it would look spiffy~ if we all had our own individuality!
I could not be happier that I now have the opportunity to battle with the Moogles and Ifrit on numerous classes. However the rewards seem to be a little less often than the fight is worth itself. I have seen post's already people complaining about the Kupo Charms and the Totems, but their extreme demands for 2-5 per fight is ridiculous.
Let's even the playing field, 1 Nut or totem per fight Gaurenteed so you are not at a complete loss. For what was stated upon previous patch's advising that players who play less often can still play along side people who might play more than 7 hours a day (When fatigue was in place) this would be nice, Logging on doing 2-3 Moogle fights still opportune with a weapon if not a token for it~. I do not know whether I have just been lucky or had bad luck as I have now 3 weapons and 3 charms out of 30+ fights but I could have had the weapon I sought to obtain if the winning token prize was one nut or totem per fight.
Apologies for the wall of text I tried to amend the best I could.
Conclusion
Could not ask for more from this great game~

P.S. If someone does read this please please please arrange so that you dont get the same item more than once, numerous Mog Lance's and Mog Sword's Id rather have Mog Fists!
