Arcanist needs summon traits!

Here's what I'd like to see:

• 20: Reduced summoning casting time
• 30: Reduced summoning mana cost
• 40: Reduced summoning casting time
• 50: reduced summoning casting cost

I've been looking at some of the issues with SMN lately, specifically around how screwed the SMN and SCH are should they happen to die in combat, and one of the biggest hurdles they have to overcome is getting their pets back out on almost no mana. As a WHM main, this is a problem if my SCH co-healer dies, their healing ability is nerfed until they get their fair resummonned. SMN, on the other hand, are extremely screwed from the bahamut mechanics getting reset when they die, so why should their life be even harder with getting the pet resummoned when they effectivley lose minutes of game time when they die?

I figure that making the pets easier to bring out also will incentivize the SCH and SMN to choose the right pet for the moment... rather than summoning and forgetting as they do now.
