I had a call regarding a rude player and Gm Xithultor was quick to respond and extremely kind and pleasant to talk to. They asked a few questions about the situation and assured me they would look into it soon and that action would be taken if necessary. It was the fastest and nicest interaction I've had with game staff and I'm glad to see that the Gm's really care about the community in their game.
