Camera auto-switching to overhead mode

When idle for a short while, less than 5 minutes, the camera auto-changes to overhead mode. No action on my part cancels this action. I have never had this issue before. I use mouse/keyboard controls with an up to date Naga gaming mouse. I have checked my drivers and restarted FFXIV twice with no relief.
