Toll of the Warden main quest.

in the quest Toll of the Warden where you go to camp drybone, the instance is not started. tried re-logging in but nothing. I was on my chocobo when i first ran by, so im not sure if that effected it. Got off and ran the whole area multiple times and nothing.
