Fan Festival in Frankfurt Bonus Items Code absent from email reciept

So I purchased the Fan Festival in Frankfurt stream access pass, which is suppose to include the voucher for the Yuna/Abes costumes as well as the Yuna Minion. However, in my conformation email where it says "Fan Festival Frankfurt In-Game Item Code", it is followed by a blank box. The item code is nowhere on the email, but it should be right after that snippet of text. I even tried inspecting the HTML of the email to see if the code just wasn't being displayed properly, as well as tried reading the email from different devices and web browsers. But the code is completely absent. In the past my significant other purchased the Fan Festival in Las Vegas stream and the code immediately followed the "Fan Festival Las Vegas In-Game Item Code" text in the email.

Did I lose my $30? Or can something be done.

you won't get much help here on the forums, since it's meant for other players to help players, this is an account issue that only customer support can fix. Open a support ticket via webpage/chat/phone or in game ticket, and see what they can do for you. GL

I wasn't sure about the player part or if there were mods/staff here to help, so that's good to know for in the future. I did make a ticket around the same time as my post, and I have now received help and had my problem solved :)
