SMN Radiant Shield Bug?

Was doing some testing with Ifrit Egi and I found a weird interaction. When enemies hit Ifrit while he has the shield, they take around 500 damage but when they hit me while the shield is on, enemies take around 50 damage. Not sure if that is the same for other players with the shield but that seems like a problem. Thoughts?

p.s. Link to the Damage log. You can see when the Mammoth uses Tusk Butt (AoE attack), it hits both Ifrit and I. The Mammoth took 58 damage from hitting me with Radiant Shield and a whooping 505 damage from hitting Ifrit.

The shield makes a counter attack based on the Auto Attack of the player who get hit.
SMNs AA are really weak in comparison with their Egis.
