DRG skill change idea

As many may agree, current dragoon seems clunky to use due to the amount of build up needed to use Life of the Dragon/Nastrond.
overall damage increases recently has been great, but it does not fix the fundamental issue with dragoon.
One way that may resolve this is to reduce the cool down on Spindsplitter Dive from 60 seconds to 30 seconds. This will put the gap closer skill inline with other dps' and reduce the amount of time needed to be able to use Life of the Dragon.
to balance unwanted overall damage increase, potency of certain skills can be reduced. But this will at least let us use Nastrond more often.

It takes an average of 70-80 seconds to build LotD and 25-30 seconds spent actually using 3 Nastronds. Nastrond only accounts for 5-8% of your raid damage while the vast majority of it actually comes from FnC and WT which are about 16-20% each, more so now that they added a 50 potency buff which will now make 2nd positional do as much as a full thrust.

Entering LotD more often is not something that I personally want. I would rather just have Dragoons hit harder per GCD/oGCD for big numbers because DRG is in a pretty good spot at the moment.

The problem with Dragoon isn't that it's underpowered but rather how unrewarding their LoTD mechanic feels.
I'd like it if DRG did more damage while in LoTD so it really feels like a burst phase.

The potency only changed for non positional WT/FnC. If you were executing your positionals and combos properly, the recent buffs wont effect you.

I realized that earlier this morning. XD Felt dumb for a bit.

Entering earlier in Lotd would just be bad.
It only needs to be less punishing if you die.
