Looking for faster swimming

So was running mining leves in Ruby sea, and noting how beautiful it is, as well as looking forward to a lot more swimming zones in near future when I thought of something to make it better. I would like to request a gear item for gatherers that allows us to move faster while swimming as if we were mounted without having to mount and dismount, something we can always be wearing. I am thinking scuba fins that deploy when in water, and retract on land. You can mine, harvest or spearfish while wearing them and they provide thematic interaction with the content.
