Question about Heavensward Primal drops

Has anyone seen the crafting mats drop in unsynced? So far the only crafting mat I have seen when doing them unsynced is the scales from Niddhogg which were a chest drop in HW as well. I am guessing these need to have the treatment that the ARR primals got so we can still get the crafting mats in the unsynced mode.

You can get the drops yes.

I believe they drop but I have heard they drop at a lower rate in unsynced.

I don't think there's any evidence, I have seen it drop as often in unsync'd parties/solo as in regular level sync'd parties. Or not drop at all, depending on your relation with RNGesus that day. Have to keep in mind, that none of these drops are 100% even in old ARR/HW content, unless it's specified in some patch notes, that this has been changes for a specific primal. Same with the ponies as example, I was missing garuda's, ifrit and titan's X ponies, solo'd on RDM garuda and ifrit and got it the first time, but titan now even after 35 solo runs, I am still not having the pony because RNGesus hates me every time.

The absolutely do drop but it's all up to RNG. In 130+ runs (since SB) of Ravana EX for the wing, I've seen it drop twice. Eventually just gave up and bought it.
