Hello! Static group for raid content running Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 8 pm - 11 pm EST is looking for more:

1 Tank (PLD/DRK)
2 Healers (WHM/SCH/AST)
1 Melee DPS (DRG/SAM/MNK)
1 Caster DPS (RDM/BLM/SMN)

We are looking for players who are self-critical and interested in optimizing their play. E.g. maximizing damage dealt, minimizing damage received, minimizing overhealing, etc.
