Full Progression Raiding on a lighter schedule. Looking for healer/caster for V3S and beyond.
Our core group has been playing and raiding together for a few years now in multiple gaming genres and need to replace two members no longer with us. We are a super tightknit group of ex-hardcore/top world guild players that no longer have the time for 12+ hour raid weeks.
Our group is looking to fill out our core with people that have the ability to push their characters to max potential and can give/take constructive criticism well. We also want players who maintain personal accountability outside of raid as well as inside (Looking at logs, farming materia for new gear, learning fights).
Since we are only raiding less than 7 hours per week, we need people whom are ready to get stuff done in that time. We enjoy having a good time and killing pixels together, and most of us hang out in real life from time to time. We are in current need of a solid healer. Our other healer is flexible and is willing to play WHM or AST so any healer will do. We would prefer to find a solid RDM for our comp, but any exceptional BLM or SMN should still reply. We would like you to have some semblance of a log for us to evaluate.
Raid times are tentatively 8-11 est T/Th with an optional day on friday which we use to help others cap tomes, get normal gear, hunts, or whatever is needed for you to be at your best.
