Request: Improving Retainer Utility/Usability

Since we might not be getting inventory space upgrades or a glamour log anytime soon, can we at least have some form of updating with how retainers work? Many issues could be resolved with a few changes in mind:

-Glamouring with gear and prisms from the retainers inventories
-Crafting using items in the retainers inventories
-Sending out retainers using ventures in their inventory and the ability to "Complete/Resend All" finished ventures
-Being able to use a potion to change combat retainer jobs without losing progress

100% yes to the last part at the very least.

all good ideas.

I'd also like to maybe have DoH retainer who can do crafting Ventures.. come back an hour later to pick up 30 MAX-potions perhaps? give them a sub inventory or use their own inventory for the mats.

I'd love to be able to pull up and manage all my retainers simultaneously, so I am very much in support of all of your suggestions.
