RDM AoE: A Suggestion

So, I've been brooding on ways to make RDM aoe more interesting. In particular, at 4+ targets where we're reduced to Scatter spam while watching our balance meter SLOWLY fill.

Here's my idea:

- Scatter and/or Enhanced Scatter has a chance to proc a new proc called Riposte.

- Riposte causes Moulinet to light up and it deals damage like Enchanted Moulinet but free of a white and black mana cost. So a free Enchanted Moulinet!

- Due to the dualcasting delights of the RDM-dom, I could see this proc being overwritten in the Scatter spam hustle -SO- Riposte has at least two charges in the event you hardcast Scatter, get a Riposte proc, dualcast Scatter, and get another Riposte proc.

What do you think? I'm only looking to improve the feel and enjoyment of our aoe. In terms of numbers, balance however. We're a proc heavy job and yet our only aoe proc, Enhanced Scatter, doesn't impact our aoe rotation (just keep spamming). Riposte would. Plus more melee fun!
