Game Crushes

Dc in Dungeons
Hey I recently bought FINAL FANTASY XIV Online and have a huge problem I am starting to get dcs in Dungeons , first the Sound dissapers then the Movements of my character stops but at this point i can still play the game then the enemys dissapier and after a while the Game crushes "because of an Error the Game needed to be closed".I cant restart the game until it crushes and I cant use the task manger until it crusehes either. I dont have this problem in every Dungeon it started after I went into The Keeper of the Lake Dungeon and the Dungeons after that.

Sound disappears first? More people say they have problems with older sound drivers!

What sound card do you use? Try updating your sound drivers, download the latest drivers from your manufacturer's website! Hope this helps.

If you want to be sure, disable your sound card in windows device manager and see if you still crash! (But new drivers are always good I guess)

Oh and many, many, many people have "Realtek High Definition Audio" these days (motherboard soundcard). These drivers can be found here: http://www.realtek.com.tw/

Are you using speaker or a headset? Try changing the port they are plugging into. I know this game will crash if I unplug my headset.
