2. Leveled up to level 70
3. Completed "Let The Clan Hunt Begin" quest, can see it in Journal > Completed
4. "Elite and Dangerous" quest is not in Current Quests, and NPC is not offering me the quest. Cannot do any Stormblood Hunts, and NPCs say I have to have the Elite and Dangerous Quest completed. With Pre-requisite done (Let The Clan Hunt Begin), NPC is still not offering quest.
