When I made my character yesterday around 10-11am EST it had full chocobos on the server pop. I'm still not sure if it is mostly EU based or US though. Would be nice to know the average peak time if anyone can share that with us :)

There is quite a bit na, and a handful eu
It has a good population overall though
it's popping during JP time for sure.
the highest ive seen so far was about 1,1k at around 7pm (gmt +1). on avarage i would say around 600-700.
