[Suggestion] Give oGCD abiltiies a "spinner" of their own
Here's a video of two oGCD abilities failing when pressed:

Note that the buttons flash as if they've been pressed but the actual abilities do not activate.
I've been told that this is due to "animation lock" incurred by oGCD abilities, but here's the thing...
The entire reason the GCD has a handy spinner that dims buttons we cannot press is to inform the player that pressing that button at that moment will, in fact, do nothing.
If at any point pressing a button is not going to activate the corresponding ability for whatever reason, the game is mostly good about informing the player by dimming the ability and/or placing the GCD spinner over it to indicate when you can press it.
For example, if you get turned into a toad in PotD, all of your abilities are dimmed, sending a very clear message that pressing these buttons won't do anything.
All I ask is for oGCD abilities to have the same telltale indicators (such as an oGCD spinner) to inform us when pressing them won't actually activate them as well as an error message when you press them but they don't activate.
This would make them consistent with the remainder of the game's hotbar interface.
