Question About Housing Sizes and How They Affect FC Features:

Obviously having different housing sizes affect how many NPCs and items you can place in the FC at once, but are there any other limitations for just going small? Saved up for a Large house in Shirogane but I have a really really good positioned small goblet house already as a personal house. I was contemplating destroying, rebuying and rebuilding it as an FC house, namely for the Airship and the aetherial wheels.

Anyone know the cons of a small fc house? [FC is literally for 3 people who each have their own house and share estates. Linkshells negate the need for an FC really and its wonderful.]

Would make every house an FC house just for the airship factory that brings you back stuff.
You already listed the only down sides to having a small rather than a medium or large. Aside from just the decorating aspect that is.

House size limits: house npcs, garden plots, crafting furniture (fairly worthless buffs)

The only limit aside from what you've already mentioned is you're limited to one garden plot.
