Not sure if this is in the right place, but oh well.
I bought a lost allagan helm of healing and stupidly discarded it instead of my old headpiece when swapping gear sets (it was 5am in the morning and I was about to head off to bed.) Is there any possibility of getting it back? I did try the support desk but received nothing back in response.
I know that you are allowed to have 1 item ever replaced if you bought the wrong one.
E.g. you are a healer and bought a caster ring with your tombstones. You can contact the in game GM for assistance and that will start the process of getting the correct item.
I do not know if that service extends to accident discard of an item.
