I been doing the 7th Astral Era Quests, and got stuck on the quest (In For Garuda Awakening). To my knowledge quest should be available once i complete prev. quest (Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill It), which i did. But The Bowl of Embers (Hard) is nowhere to be found within my duty finder. Please help as i spend weeks trying to solve this myself.
