Sitting in Uldah and getting that error message but im able to log in afterwords.

This has been happening to me as well started on the 25th and when ever i log in i get the error or i get cant connect to the lobby server

Uldah crashes alot lately. Hope they fix it soon.

You aren't alone. After leaving during the lackluster release, I decided to give this game another shot after reading about 1.20 and the upcoming 2.0. Can't stay connected for much more than 2-3 minutes before the 30002 error pops up. It's kind of sad because I was genuinely excited and am probably going to end up dropping the game again out of frustration. Have tried every user suggested home remedy as well as the things suggested in the SE copy-paste response. My connection is fast and solid and suffers almost 0% packet loss in any test.Hope they fix it for those of you who've had the patience to stick through all this.

1. – Operating System? Windows 7 64 bit
2. - Antivirus program? aVAST, I've tried disabling it completely and still receive this error within minutes of logging in.
3. – Internet Service Provider? Cox

3) Frequency of 30002 Error? Within minutes of logging in, 3 days in a row.
4) What area were you in when the error occurred? Gridania, as close as Bentbranch and as far as Emerald Moss.
5) What were you doing when the error occurred? (What type of actions, movements, etc) Doesn't matter whether idling or running.
6) Were you in a party at the time the error occurred? It happened both solo and in a party of 2.
7) Estimate number of characters that were near you at time of error? Anywhere from 0-5
8) Were you able to log back into FFXIV after the error? After a few tries
