90002 disconnect when casting is interrupted

Since the launch of stormblood I have been experiencing a very odd error. If I am in an overworld area, any movement during a cast will cause my game to lag out then disconnect with a 90002 error. I can still move, talk to other players, and see others moving on my screen. Any actions I take will do no damage or healing. If I am in an instanced dungeon or primal fight, this does not occur.

I can reliably repeat this error within 2-3 casts. If I don't play a caster, I can quest absolutely fine for hours on end without any disconnects. So far I have:

-updated graphics driver
-updated directx
-uninstalled/reinstalled

I have a second person on a different computer playing on the same connection. Her account has no problems, so I don't think it is a connection issue. Any ideas for what can cause this?

Having this issue now. This is stupid coming from a subscription based game. Sucks, but have to cancel. Not going to allow a company to steal any more of my money. Will check back in a few months, maybe, if another game hasn't caught my attention.

Stormblood looked cool for the first few days I was back. Sad story.
