The little "flower" means that that person isnt on your server (but on another server on the same data-center).

In your case I would suspect that you moved servers, but those people didnt so they got the flower.

You probably want to remove that image though - since it shows your blacklist this might count as naming&shaming even if you dont intend to.

Just as you replied, I actually connected the dots to the only 3 people I went to the lengths of blacklisting from another server. Thanks though lol.
