[LFM] Looking for a NIN, SAM, or DRG for a static group progressing on O3s

Recruiting a Ninja, Samurai, or Dragoon for a mid-core static team. We're currently progressing on O3s in the last phase, and we've seen enrage once. Preferably looking for someone with similar experience.

We are looking for mature players with raid experience, decent gear, positive attitude and good raid awareness.

We currently raid 20:30-22:30 server time on Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, and Monday.
