in these raids you have 3 different partys. every party only has 1 tank and there are no tank swaps - except in labyrinth of the ancients, that's the only content with 6 tanks, but they want to change this in 4.1 when they introduce 24 people raid roulette.

every party in the alliance has a letter: A, B or C. the tank in group A always takes the stuff wich spawns on the left, the tank in group B always takes the stuff wich spawns in the middle and the tank in group in C always takes the stuff wich spawns on the right.
Maintank is usually either who is first in tank stance or last in dps stance or who pulls the boss first. please don't fight for enmity. it's also possible to communicate with the other two tanks, using the chat - but that's uncommon. just use the A, B, C - Left, Middle, Right rule, don't fight for enmity with the maintank and pretend that you are the only offtank when adds spawn wich don't play after the A, B, C rule, like a single Add in a boss encounter or a single group of adds...
