Feast of Famine quest broken for me

So I turned in the first three fish for this quest and then he asked for the next set. I already had one of them as I spent the better part of an entire day fishing up 5 of the 6 legendary fish. So ended up fishing up the 6th one and when I went to turn it it, the quest marker is still red and he won't let me turn them in. I thought MAYBE pre-caught fish dont qualify so I went back and caught the other fish again, still won't let me turn them in. I submitted a bug report, but haven't heard anything back in a day. Who do I report this to?
