H20wned is looking for more members to fill our ranks.
We are a level 8 FC with members ranging from casual gameplay to HC raiding members.
We are immediately offering:
-Static 4 man run groups to assist with leveling.
-Weekly Map runs.
-Assistance with Primal and Delta normal clears.
What we are looking for:
1) Players on at least 2-3 days a week.
-These can range from noobs to HC raiders.
-We run daily roulettes to assist with your leveling of mains and alts.
-Only 2 founders hold the Mentor crown, but we all have the mentor mentality.
2) Raiders!!!
Ok time to get a little serious here. While we have a welcome all mentality for regular members, these will be our elite. Our FC community and Raid community will be night and day. Bring your A game, or a desire to build your A game.
"But I'm not leet Pray!!!" You can be, and you will with us. 8-10 members to start. More as our progression grows.
-Raid leader is experienced and patient. Willing to explain mechanics and rotations to meet the demanding requirements of the latest Savage fights and Primals.
-Raid lead will put together a Google Doc for signups, allowing for excellent communication.
-We prefer raiders from Diabolos, but we do understand cross world is definitely a thing.
-Discord will be used for mechanic callouts.
-Dedicated raiders have their own voice. We have a leader, but more minds are better than one.
-Consistent raiders receive highest FC rank available. Allowing access to FC chest and other perks.
3) Crafters!!!
-Do you have your crafters leveled? Do you want them to mean something? We are looking for 2 master crafters for our FC.
-Create your own legacy in H20wned by building up the FC Workshop and Airships!
-We have gil saved up for new housing in Kugane. We need dedicated crafters to pimp out the crib we will soon purchase!
-Materials gathering and gardens will be a community effort. High end crafting materials will be saved for our master crafters first, and sold second.
-This position is the most important in our opinion. 1 or 2 interviews will be required.
Most importantly, all members in this FC will have respect for other players. If someone asks for you in chat, answer them. Keep your comments and play-style bashing constructive, or keep it to yourselves.

I am the Black Mage you were trying to help in Dzemael Darkhold on Aug. 19th at about 2:00-2:30 EST.
This was the only way I could see you to try to Thank you for your help since we are on different servers.
Also, it is hard to type fast on a controller - so I appreciate the advice and wish you could have finished your last thought!
Oh well - your group sounds great - the one I am in is nice but they are more about having fun together.
I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciated the time you took and I did learn at least 2 things I can and will use - so thank you.
