Eternal Bond Ceremony Cancelled Due to Glitch

Date & Time: 7/28/2017 / 7:00 pm MST (Me) 8:00 pm CST (Partner)

Steps:
1. Arrive to venue.
2. Time slot begins - I enter with no problem.
3. Partner does not get option to enter venue.

4. 20 minutes runs out with partner not being able to enter venue.

What We Tried : Reforming party, logging off and back in, equipping/unequipping promise band, using extra invitation to enter as guest.

Sending an e-mail got me no where. Instead, I was just told to make a forum post and that there would be no individual response.

I paid money (Gold Plan) to have priority reservations only for my ceremony to be cancelled due this stupid bug. We have no items, we cannot reschedule because we have been bumped down to low priority, and not only our time was wasted, but our guests as well.
The whole situation is incredibly frustrating and disappointing and has definitely put a wet blanket over my desire to give SE any more MogStation money.

Did she still have the blank invitation, or had she thrown it away?

She did still have the blank invitation. She also still had the Promise Band.
