Steps:
1. I completed my weekly run through Deltascape V1.0 (Savage).
2. Once the boss was defeated I did not receive my Deltalog V1.0 for weekly completion.
I was directed here after contacting the ingame support and hope for a solution to my problem.

Did you enter any of the later fights this week? If you so much as dip your little toe into any later fight, it flags you as having already cleared all fights before it.
Is that the case? If so then it seems I was just caught unaware of that fact as I haven't heard of that before. Yes I have done V2.0 before I did V1.0 thinking the order wouldn't matter like in normal Omega.
Would have been nice to get a proper warning ingame however. Oh well nothing that can be done about it then sadly. Thank you for the info.
