Riddle of Earth skill description does not match functionality

Current description:
Grants Fists of Earth. Also grants Earth's Reply if damage is taken while active.
Duration: 30s
Additional Effect: Extends Greased Lightning duration to maximum
Earth's Reply Bonus: Reduces Damage taken by 10%
Duration: 30s
Both Riddle of Earth and Earth's Reply are canceled if Fists of Earth ends.

Now reading this I thought this was a great dual use skill, to either save my GL stacks or to mitigate damgage I am going to take ... posibly both if really (un)fortunate ... but that's not what happens.

Now, the reality is different:
Activating Riddle of Earth will NOT (re)set your Greased Lightning to maximum duration -only receiving Earth's Reply will do that.

So which is wrong:
- The skill description, which has the effects in the wrong order
- The skill effect, for triggering the reset of GL at the wrong effect

In the first case, this makes it a REALLY niche skill of very limited use, in the second it's a pretty decent skill covering two good use cases.
