Unable to Complete Housing Action

Steps:
1. Any time an fc mate or I attempt to clean the chocobo stables, train or remove chocobos, plant seeds, or remove any furnishings from the yard, we are met with an error that says, "Failed to complete housing action." This has been going on for approximately a week. The only thing that I can think of that has changed between when we could clean the stables/remove furnishings was that we placed one of the Moai Statues from the new map dungeons in the yard. I attempted to remove it approximately 5 minutes ago from making this post and was met with the same error.
