Raid/High-end Duty Finder needs some tweaks

Hi all, this may or may not have already been discussed back in the last third of Heavensward, but this is a pretty new feature to me, seeing as a I last set foot in this game on the launch of Alexander Midas.

Currently the issue is that the Duty Incomplete queue is really devoid of life. Mostly Lakshmi and Susano EX. I've been trying to help my friend get a clear, but between the 50 minutes healer queues, and the bad players we get (everyone being new, or unfamiliar), this has been proving to be quite a challenge. I can't help her get a Duty Complete queue either, even though I myself have completed both many times over (and rightfully so, she hasn't completed so why should she be able to skip the queue?), so this has generally been a frustrating experience.

Either these two duties needs to be moved to Regular duty finder, or they need to find some way to encourage people to queue for Duty Incomplete. There's a general gulf now where the skilled players enjoy queues under 10 minutes as a DPS, whereas people who are actually looking to get there are having to look at nearly an hour queue as a tank/healer. At the moment they spend more time queueing for the instance, than actually attempting it, because we also know the culture of 2 tries = vote abandon.

I realize I can just try and use PF instead, but I come from a server/community that generally enjoys a great DF culture, so I try to stick to that. This is also by no means my friend's fault - she resubbed 2 weeks after Stormblood launched, and just hit 70 a couple of nights ago. I'm trying to help her gear up so that we can do Omega Savage together.

All in all, I find it a generally welcome feature. I myself even cleared Deltascape v1.0 Savage using Raid Finder, so I like the idea of it, but I feel the execution is just a little bit short.
