Bahamut is awesome and many summoners want to keep him that way.
However many people don't like how Bahamut's glory gets in the way of their view.
I suggest an option be added which makes Bahamut invisible to the player which activates it. this way everyone can choose whether or not to see bahamut. He doesn't really have collision so this is actually pretty viable.
Suggestion for Bahamut which should please everyone.

Probably a lot of work, but IMO the best fix if you want to do these spectacular "Final Fantasy-esque summons" that have been asked for so much would be to just put the summon outside the arena entirely. Have him appear there, do one single Akh Morn with like 3000 potency (about as much total potency as you get from a use of Summon Bahamut now) and then disappear, total animation time maybe ten seconds.
If you've seen the phase 3-4 transition in T13, that's what I mean (except with Akh Morn instead of Teraflare), complete with changing the background to fire so that Bahamut doesn't clip awkwardly through the background geometry. It would be one thousand times more spectacular than it is now, and crucially, it wouldn't block players' line of sight to anything inside the boss arena at all. Players with party effects disabled wouldn't even see it. -

Glad they just give the option to make him smaller. Having to hide it would be kinda... immersion breaking.

Make him like a limit break where he just does one huge attack then vanishes but doesn't make your egi that's out vanish. Maybe something like the frog ninja's can summon.
