[Request] Choose Instance When Teleport-ing, and Party Teleport To Same Instance. PLZ

I don't know if people asked for this already or not but..

Please can the developers add an option to choose which instance to teleport too.
It's really annoying and time consuming to teleport then move in/out to go to hunt/fates.

And when in a party can you please implement, when one person in a party teleport the rest of the party can teleport to the same instance.
