Soul Crystal Gone!

I had a level 50 summoner and decided to become a scholar too. After getting my scholar soul crystal I noticed I no longer had a summoner soul crystal. I wrote a gm ticket, waited too long and got a template answer back that said check on-line help and forums. I, of course had already done that... thanks for the help! Can anyone shed any light on this. I did check my inventory and armour inventory... the soul crystal tab is completely empty.

It's not possible to discard the crystal in any way so once you obtain it from the job quest, you keep it forever. You didn't deposit it to any of your retainers did you?

Manually check your armory chest. Should be in there.
