A better idea for handling Undraw

I thought the point of slimming down how many job actions a class has was to REDUCE the number of buttons that a player needs to juggle, not INCREASE them.

Therefore, I propose a solution: Turning Draw, Royal Road, and Spread into combos, stemming off of Undraw.

Pressing Undraw before pressing any of the various buttons empties out the card presently sitting in that state.

At minimum, it's a lot less-annoying than having dedicated un-Road and un-Spread buttons on top of Undraw.

Right clicking any card/field in the arcana gauge should remove them. Easy. Granted it doesn't work for controllers but...tough ;)

I prefer the idea that works for everyone over the idea which doesn't.

I prefer the idea of: Crutches where crutches are due. The healthy do not need crutches.

The new abilities are crutches for the ability to just right click the stuff off. There's no need to force them on everyone, there's only a need to give them to controller players to give them access to those functions in the first place.

Put the cards back on the buff bar, that way controllers can either manually or use a macro to quickly take the card off their bar. M/KB can then just right click it off like they used to.

Added benefit: if 2 ASTs in the same party both can see what the other has spread, royal roaded, etc making it easier for them to coordinate efforts.

Need to bring back the ability to click off. All ps4 users had to do was click the touch pad 4 times, dpad right to the buff to take off, hit X, done.

This is an excellent idea.

I use a controller and a mouse. I love the way the cross hotbars works and how well the game plays with a controller. But I love being able to have additional hotbars to use with my mouse if I need them (nothing on them is battle related) and being able to right-click buffs and things is amazing.
