How i found them was simple. Since you had the name, just go to the lodestone at na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone and then search in the search bar.
What I had meant was that I'm trying to get this person to maybe reply to the thread or something so as to open other channels of communication.
Already knew about where to find them!
Since there's no functional way to communicate between worlds other than out-of-client methods.
