Forgive the N00B question... Started with a Conjurer and at Level 27 decided on a Gladiator, now at Lvl 12, to eventually get a Paladin. Google seems to indicate that you can use actions from one class in another, so Conjurer Cure (for example) whilst working as a Gladiator. However in Actions and Traits menu there is no "additional" tab. Am I missing something obvious or has there been a big change in latest patches?

This was changed in Stormblood, now there are role actions (in this case, skills shared among the three tanks) instead of cross class skills.
Ah OK, thanks for the reply. Looks like I will be sticking to potions for my GLA healing then.
Healing will come during your heavensward levelling with clemency, a strong and attack based healing spell.
Clemency (in combination with the trait Divine Magic Mastery) makes you able to heal pretty decent. At the moment I can heal back to back 5 times with a full mp pool, each heal healing between 11,5k and 12k. This is without being in any group and without convalescence or requiescat. You get Clemency at 58 and Divine Magic Mastery at 64. Before that, you shouldn't really need much healing, you're already more tanky then other classes. And in dungeon there's a healer to do that job for you.
All sounds good. I was not too worried about dungeons just the level grind in solo play. Thanks everyone. Just going to push for PAL now...
