Macro to use "Dissolve Union" puts Aetherpact on cooldown when inactive

1. Have either faerie summoned
2. Whilst Fey Union is inactive, use the command /ac "Dissolve Union"
3. Aetherpact goes on cooldown despite the command doing seemingly nothing

It'd be nice to be able to use Dissolve Union in my "move pet" macro without it locking Aetherpact, as I use it both for getting her to move immediately (cancel Aetherpact), as well as to move closer to the target (often to use Aetherpact).
