How to adjust aspect ratio to 3:2 for surface book/pro users

Hiya, I just got back into the game about a week ago but unfortunately am stuck with a problem that has been bugging me the whole time. Was wondering would anyone happen to know is there a way to adjust the aspect ratio to 3:2 for my surface book, currently playing at 3000x2000 lags like crazy on my first gen surface book laptop, but there's no other lower resolution that is 3:2, while playing on other resolution my screen gets stretched. I tried turning my windows resolution to 1080p and play on borderless windows mode but it's the graphics somehow is very blurry. By any chance are there any MS surface device users out there that know how to fix this issue? Any replies, opinions or advice is greatly appreciated and many thanks in advance.
