On http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com...entry?e=290653 see you will see "Profile Blog Linkshell History Follow" bar. Click blog then you can see others blogs, if you are signed in and looking at yourself you should see "Post Blog Entry" on the upper right.
If you are looking for someone else blog you can type their name in the Community search box.
