Error 607... This is crazy

I made a post a while back because I was unable to sub and now that my sub is running up... I'm really really irritated. ALL I WANT TO DO IS GIVE YOU MY MONEY!!

I contacted customer support multiple times, they've told me that the 3rd party system the use for payments rejected my card.... didn't know why.. they then told me that because it was rejected two times by the 3rd party processor, SE put a 30 day hold on my acct so that I couldn't even use Paypal to buy Crysta to pay.

The kicker is.. I'd been paying, I'd spent over $100 in a month in the Mogstation and paid my sub with that exact same card. This is out of the blue. There is ample money in my checking account. My info is correct. So I contacted Global Collect and they told me that my payments were being rejected by SE and getting sent back. So I contacted SE again... they said it was my bank.... I contacted my bank, they said it "Nope, everything is fine here""...

This is absolutely 100% insane. SE will literally not take my money. I can't pay via Paypal or any card because they put a 30 day hold on my acct. AND despite me calling in, verifying my acct with my secret questions, offering to send my license and CC photos to them... They won't lift the hold....

Yes, I'm pissed and I know that a lot of people may see this as an overreaction... and maybe it is. But put yourself in my shoes, you've been playing for years then one day you go to log on and... nope.. it won't let you. You go to pay your sub and... nope... it won't let you. YOu contact support and... nope... they won't let you. All the time you put into the game... gone. Would you really just shrug and move on? Perhaps I should... but I enjoy this game and I've invested a lot of time... and there is absolutely nothing I can do but watch it disappear and SE doesn't even care.
