Tales of Adventure - small problem

I recently purchased the Tales of Adventure: One Paladin's Journey 1...

I've discovered that there is absolutely no way of accessing the level60 job gear.
I've checked the calamity salvager and I've found nothing as to the whereabouts of the level 60 job gear for paladin.
I was however able to find the level 50 Job quest gear.

A friend of mine also cannot find their level60 job gear for their darknight.

I know this is only a small inconvenience, but is it possible to add the level 60 job gear to the calamity salvager?
Or change the Tales of Adventure to place you on the final Job quest, and have that person do the quest to obtain the armor themselves.

The level 60 job gear can be bought in the Forgotten Knight in Ishgard (Foundation) for Centurio Seals (hunt currency). It used to be tomestone gear, but it was moved there near the end of HW. The NPC is named Yolaine.
