Lvl36 Weaving Quest

So I accepted the quest, I talked to NPC's, I get the mats I'd need (Undyed Woolen Cloth x10, Cotton Yarn x10) Head out to Copperbell, talk to Chuchumu, I get the "Thanalan Spider Silk" I attempt to craft it with the cloth and yarn and nothing happens...

looks like a localization problem. It's Undyed Velveteen not Undyed Woolen Cloth...
