I could play just fine until about 6 hours ago.
Got this error when trying to connect to the data center after pressing "Start" on the main menu. Is it really just crowded or are the DDOSers at it again?
I have tried turning off my firewall and resetting my router but I don't know how to unblock some ports on my router.
You're not the only one. I'm getting the same error.
Getting the error 2002 when trying to log onto Aether or Primal data centers. Look like there is no issue with other data centers.
Same here. My issue began late last night when I was 90k'd and tried to log back in. It only took 3-4 times to get back in, but I was just 90k'd during a dungeon and been attempting to connect to the data center for the last 20 minutes or so without any luck. It might not bother me so much if the 2002 error didn't close the effing client each time and require me to input my password and software token password again.

I've just submitted a ticket to them. Hopefully this will get fixed ASAP due to Savage released yesterday.
Submitted ticket as well, was playing just fine, until I logged out to eat dinner, come back and constant 2002. I can get into other data centers (JP/EU) just fine, but not any of the NA servers.
I've been having the same problem with Aether and Primal data centres for the past 9 hours, was worried it's just me :confused:

I'm having this issue as well, I tested all data centers and Primal and Aether are the only ones affected by this. I've tried everything to try and solve this problem and it's still not working. Please SE!!! HALP
