Reporting to Prevent RMT Advertisements

There is a specific menu option to report Real Money Trading (RMT) advertisements conducted through the in-game Say, Shout, and Tell messages. If you come across RMT activity in-game, we ask that you report it in order to help circumvent these activities.

■How to Report
1. In the chat window, select the name of the character who made the comment, and open the menu.
2. From the menu, select [Report]>[Report RMT activity.]

*This method of reporting is for reporting RMT activities only. For reporting other inappropriate activities, please use the reporting menu available through the [System Menu]>[Support Desk]>[Contact Us]>[Report Harassment].
