I understand that catching fish for collectibles is and always will be random but for the specific fish to never bite how exactly are we supposed to fish for collectibles ? when heavensward came out and you introduced the system it was fairly easy to catch the collectible fish now its almost impossible to catch any of teh new collectible fish don't know if you decided to make it harder to catch them intentionally or not so im posting it here i have fished for a full level without ever seeing a single collectible fish in the new areas
