monk charka proc issue

hey all i main monk been doing countless hours of testing and i came up with the same issue no matter what m6 stats i meld. monk has a issue of procing chakra only on normal crit chance. it does not proc on crit hit rate. The Forbidden Chakra was nerf an not being able to take advantage of crit chance proc is a huge dps loss.

Can someone translate, because this made no sense to me? It has a "chance" to proc on crit. In 3.0 you only got chakra during movement phases and immune phases. At least you get to use it more now?

They are saying that having a high crit rate stat is not making FC proc more. It is RNG on top of RNG, you won't see direct correlation but it pretty much is. If your crit rate is 10% and its 50% proc rate on a crit, you're looking at 5% chance of procing a chakra without bootshine or any other crit buffs. Whereas if you your crit rate is 20% (not possible for now) it would be 10% each attack not counting bootshine or crit buffs.

I think that a nice little buff for MNK would be to increase Deep Meditation's proc chance from 50% to 100% while Internal Release is active.

1500+ crit, 2 tanks, 1 samurai and 1 bard. Able to go through internal release + brotherhood and not get a single FC. I hate the RNG at times.

the thing is you have a 50% chance to proc but it only works on a reg crit. direct hit cricts do not proc its at pretty mad dps loss

also bootshine should be criting 100% the time for the rear which would mean more proc but thats not the case it's not a major issue but one the should be address soon.

But do we know that for sure? It is RNG so for all we know you've just been really unlucky.

They should just make it 100% chance on every crit, would fix the issue, since most abilities that monks have do crap damage also increasing tornado kick potency to 720 to rival Samurais.

Another idea would be to make Tornado kick an AoE that uses Chakra instead of using those precious lighting stacks.
