Repeated notifications of support desk reply (again)

After making a report of harassment (or ones of RMT spam in the past under the old system), I get repeated notifications that there is a reply, when a reply has been received only once.

Date & Time: any
Frequency: after logging in or loading into or out of an instance, every time.
World name: Cerberus
Character name: Lelane Lavellan
Retainer name: n/a
NPC name: n/a
Monster name: n/a
Class/Level: any
Party or solo: any
In-game time: any
Area and coordinates: any
Housing: n/a
Steps:
1. Send report through support desk
2. Receive reply & notice across the screen of said reply
3. Open message, notification in corner disappears
4. Enter instance server
5. After 15 seconds to 2 minutes, receive another reply notice across the screen and a flashing icon in the corner
6. No new message, open same message as before, notification disappears
7. Leave instance and load back into main server
8. After 15 seconds to 2 minutes, receive another reply notice across the screen and a flashing icon in the corner
9. Do nothing about it and load into instance server again
10. During loading process, flashing icon in corner vanishes
11. After 15 seconds to 2 minutes, receive another reply notice across the screen and a flashing icon in the corner
12. Etc.

This has been happening for two days now. It's very disruptive to gameplay as I'm sure you understand. In the past I've had it last for almost a week, stopped only by a patch update. Unfortunately, patch 4.05 doesn't appear to have had any effect. Please help.
